Delivery

Every order ships directly from the manufacturer or the official importer — you get the original by the shortest route, fully tracked. The exact lead time for each product is stated on its own page.

• Brands shipped from Europe— sent straight from the manufacturer’s European warehouse, tracked, usually 5–8 working days (the precise figure is on each product page). Paid in advance, by card or bank transfer.
• Brands held in Bulgaria (via the official importer) — delivered by Econt to an office, a locker or your address in 1–3 working days.

Payment is online — card or bank transfer. That is how we confirm an order and send it straight from the supplier’s warehouse without delay.

Fragile items

Glass, mirrors and ceramics are packed with particular care and insured. If something is damaged in transit we take responsibility and arrange a replacement.

Returns

You may return a product within 14 daysunder the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, without giving a reason. It must be in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, except where the item is faulty or we made a mistake. The withdrawal form is on the “Right of withdrawal” page.
