The office is the classic: the network covers the whole country and there is almost always an office along your route. The parcel waits for collection within the period the courier announces, a member of staff hands it over against a code or a document, and you can calmly open and inspect it on the spot. For most sanitaryware shipments this is the most flexible option.

The Econt locker is the machine for the impatient and the busy: a cabinet of cells, accessible at any hour of the day or night. You receive a code, open the cell and the parcel is yours — no queue and no opening hours. It suits compact shipments: accessories, hand showers, small fittings; the bathtub, for understandable reasons, will not be waiting for you in a locker.

Address delivery brings the parcel to your door — the most convenient option for larger and heavier orders. The courier contacts you before the visit so you can agree on a time that works. For genuinely bulky products — baths, ceramics, glass — delivery sometimes runs on pallet freight; in those cases we call you and arrange the details individually.

From the moment of dispatch the shipment has a tracking number and you receive notifications about its movement. You know where the order is and when to expect it — without asking and without guessing.

Cash on delivery is payment upon receipt: you order online and pay only when the parcel is in front of you. In a category where products are chosen from photographs, this is the mechanism that removes the last hesitation — you hand over no money for something you have not yet seen.

The even more important detail is inspection before payment. Econt offers an inspection option that lets you open the shipment and examine the contents before you pay. Use it: check the model, the finish and the condition on the spot. If something is wrong — transport damage, a mismatch — the shipment is refused or the damage is recorded immediately, and the matter is resolved while it is still a routine, not a dispute.

And above all of this stands the right of withdrawal: with an online purchase you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason — a European rule that applies regardless of the payment method. Inspection on delivery does not replace it but complements it: one is a check in the moment, the other is peace of mind after it.
